Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Arkeo Financial Wisdom Inc. believes that "enough" extends to access. We are committed to making arkeocamino.org usable by people of all abilities, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation and screen readers.

2. Standards

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as adopted by the ADA and referenced by state and federal standards. Our design system is developed with the W3C WAI-ARIA accessibility tree in mind, and we test for keyboard-only use and screen-reader flows with each update.

3. Accessibility features on this site

• Skip-link — jump straight to main content on every page.
• Full keyboard navigation — visible focus states on all interactive elements.
• Semantic structure — landmarks, headings and labeled forms for assistive technology.
• Color contrast — text meets WCAG AA contrast against our palette, including on dark sections.
• Reduced motion — all animation respects prefers-reduced-motion.
• ARIA live regions — form confirmations and toast messages are announced to screen readers.
• Descriptive text — every icon has an accessible label and every link explains its destination.
• Responsive layout — usable at any viewport size without horizontal scrolling.

4. Known limitations

We are a small, volunteer-run charity and our site is maintained in continuous improvement rather than one-time perfection. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us — you will not be the first or the last, and every report makes the site better for everyone.

6. Report an issue

You can report an accessibility barrier anonymously through our contact form (choose "Report a concern") or by email. Every report goes to the full board, and we commit to a response within 5 business days and a fix as quickly as our volunteer capacity allows.
